Terms of Service

1. Educational purpose only

OPRA Prep is a study and revision aid for the Australian Pharmacy Council's registration assessments. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the Australian Pharmacy Council, AHPRA, or any examining body. Practice questions and explanations are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute clinical, medical, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian).

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or redistribute account access or question content;
• scrape, copy, or bulk-export the question bank or learning materials;
• reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation; or
• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, and course materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own exam preparation only.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees, we exclude all warranties and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/TERRITORY, e.g. Victoria], Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
